Place has huge and comfortable beds, nice little balcony and it's placed in a convenient streets near loads of restaurants and station. Great for a overnight stay

It was 2mins away from 7-11 and a supermarket, 5mins away from a FamilyMart. There are small restaurants and bars nearby to have dinner. The main road and bus stop (to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) station) is 2mins away. Yanagibashi fish market is 10mins away. The hotel allowed us the flexibility to leave our luggage after checkout and to pick it up by giving them 20mins notice.

Beds were very comfortable , loved that we had more than one pillow, best sleep on our trip through out Japan. Also good to have washing machine in room , good location , easy to hop on and off bus to different areas.

My daughter and I stayed in the Presidential Suite on the 10th floor. It was spacious and had a large balcony with some outdoor furniture. It was very clean and comfortable, except for the small couch.

Room is surprisingly bigger than usual hotels in Japan. Clean and comfortable.

Staff is accommodating even if communication is thru online. There is a nearby convenient store

The facility was spacious and ultra clean. Everything was perfect. Since we looked in advance, the price was very affordable. We will definitely stay here again.

Literally everything. Amazing value for money. Big bathtub, a cute kitchen, and a balcony. Not much room for wanting anything else.
